pNow that summer is really here, staying cool and relaxed in the heat is becoming harder. The type of heat that you get in the UK is very different to that abroad. Abroad the heat feels more intense, but back here in the UK, it feels much more humid.!–more–/pp/ppObviously as its sunny you want to get outside and enjoy the heat while its around, so staying indoors for some time during the day can be a nice break. However, keeping cool can be difficult at home. So here are some tips for keeping cool inside your home./pp/ppWear clothing thats light weight, loose fitted and light coloured. This one is a fairly obvious tip, dress light to make sure that your body doesnt get too hot. You may get some stick for it, but its time to get the shorts out./pp/ppMake sure you drink lots of fluids. Drinking lots of water will make sure your body is cool and hydrated, however, ensure you drink juices as well because they keep your level of sugar and minerals up. A large amount of your minerals are lost through sweat, this needs to be replaced by drinking fluids./pp/ppUse a a href=http://www.airandwatercentre.com/store/SEURLF/ASP/SFS/CID.4/SFE/productcategories.htm target=_blankdehumidifier/a. If you havent got one yet, they arent too expensive and the benefits certainly out weigh the costs.a href=http://www.airandwatercentre.com target=_blankDehumidifiers/a are used to remove water within the air to make the air around you less humid.a href=http://www.airandwatercentre.com/store/SEURLF/ASP/SFS/CID.42/SFE/productcategories.htm target=_blankSilica gel/a, which despite the name, is a solid. Many appliances use this gel for absorbing water thats in the air./pp/ppDont rush around, stay relaxed. Keeping your body relaxed for the first few days of hot weather is vital because it allows your body to become used to the heat. If you decide to get out into the sun straight away, you will become hot and tired faster than if you had relaxed beforehand./pp/ppThese are just a couple of tips to help you stay cool during the summer, although it doesnt feel too much like summer here in the UK./p

pIs sea air actually that go for you, everyone seems to have the concept that sea air is great fresh air, but how good is it? Lets start with the good points to going on a beach holiday, and why it is good for your health, then we can make a decision later/ppWhats better than going to the beach and having a good swim? Its argued that swimming is the best form of exercise; this is because you use every muscle in your body, and you get your heart pumping at a constant rate too.!–more– Swimming forces your heart to work harder but not to over do it, this helps you to get a good amount of exercise even while you are playing in the sea. Coupled with swimming in the sea is the sea water itself, sea water is very good for your skin. Levels of salt are high in the sea and help to cleanse acne and tidy up permanent scars./ppThe sun is also good for your skin (in small doses). The rays of the sun supply our skin with vitamin D and it has been shown this helps fight skin cancer and could help prevent multiple sclerosis./ppIf anything the one thing we can all agree on (as long as you have a good holiday) is that holidays are best for reducing stress levels. The most common problems linked with stress are heart disease and skin problems. Controlling stress levels will reduce chances of getting a medical illness. Being able to go on a href=http://www.tropicalsky.co.uk/ target=_blankluxury holidays/a by the beach will relieve stress will help you to clear your head as well./ppNow for the bad points, lets say you were looking at a href=http://www.tropicalsky.co.uk/caribbean-holidays.htm target=_blankCaribbean holidays/a for example. You cant help it, at some point you will be on a beach. Avoiding the sun will be a bit tricky. The sun although is good for you in small doses is pretty bad for in high doses, as some of you will know. We just get over-cooked if we stay in the sun too long, we have all done it at some point, then we notice skin peeling and run for a shadow./ppIn recent studies it has been shown that the sea air isnt actually that brilliant for you. Although the air is cleaner than that, say in a city, it contains some interesting substances. Dont worry its not that serious, its just interesting to find out. DMS (dimethyl sulphide) is a substance that animals living in the sea release, it can cause irritation to the eyes and the mucous membranes. Nitryl chloride is a second substance that was found by the beach and in the sea, it is a respiratory inhibitor, which means we find it hard to breathe but it is reduced in amount by the sun./ppSo are beach holidays good for you? If you make sure that you take care of yourself, then these holidays are great for you, relieving stress is key. The bad points arent really strong enough to deter anybody going to the seaside. So if you planning a href=http://www.tropicalsky.co.uk/weddings-abroad/ target=_blankweddings abroad/a then go for it, swim in the sea and enjoy the sun./pp/p

pSea air has received the general thought that it is fantastically good for you and that smell is a sign your lungs are filled with freshness, but how good is it for you? Lets start with the good points to going on a beach holiday, and why it is good for your health, then we can make a decision later/ppWhats better than going to the beach and having a good swim? Getting your heart to work hard is why swimming is great, all your muscles work together to get the body moving, you can get a strong heart beat too.!–more– Swimming forces your heart to work harder but not to over do it, this helps you to get a good amount of exercise even while you are playing in the sea. Coupled with swimming in the sea is the sea water itself, sea water is very good for your skin. Levels of salt are high in the sea and help to cleanse acne and tidy up permanent scars./ppThe sun is also good for your skin (in small doses). Skin cancer and multiple sclerosis can both be reduced in risk with vitamin D which is supplied by sunlight./ppIf anything the one thing we can all agree on (as long as you have a good holiday) is that holidays are best for reducing stress levels. The most common problems linked with stress are heart disease and skin problems. Stress can cause health problems, and getting this under control could really help. Youre surrounded by beaches, everywhere you go. Getting away from the sun wont be an option. Usually the sea air is very clean, and in most cases is than anywhere else, but it does have some nasty substances in it. This is worth taking down but dont panic its not all that serious. There is a substance that is released by animals in the sea called DMS (dimethyl sulphide), this substance floats around the sea and the beaches and irritates the eyes and nose, it also has that smell you detect when your at the seaside. Another substance that was discovered was nitryl chloride which is a respiratory inhibitor but is the most of it is broken down by the sun./ppSo are beach holidays good for you? Relieving stress will help you with all kinds of things and beach holidays will help you to do this. Is this all really enough to prevent abyone going to the sea, the bad points arent strong enough. So if you planning a href=http://www.tropicalsky.co.uk/weddings-abroad/ target=_blankweddings abroad/a then go for it, swim in the sea and enjoy the sun./pp/p
