Smoking has an injurious effect on most all of ones body parts. Its not so hard to believe but the biggest risk is to your lungs as they are affected most adversely and whats funny is, the most addicted smokers know the risk of lung cancer and continue to smoke.br /br /Smoking can effect much more than you might think &#8211; It can effect your hair, brain, eyes, nose, skin, teeth, mouth, throat, hands, liver, abdomen, kidneys, bones, blood. And thats just the start of it.br /br /So, how important is your health to you? Do you really want to Stop Smoking? There are so many different programs on the market today, what works for one may not work for another, and based on reasons for wanting to quit. Is it out of demand, illness or do you just have the pure desire to quit?br /br /When youre searching for a program to help quit smoking, you need to check the pros and cons of each method. Coupled with swimming in the sea is the sea water itself, sea water is very good for your skin. Levels of salt are high in the sea and help to cleanse acne and tidy up permanent scars./ppThe sun is also good for your skin (in small doses). The rays of the sun supply our skin with vitamin D and it has been shown this helps fight skin cancer and could help prevent multiple sclerosis./ppIf anything the one thing we can all agree on (as long as you have a good holiday) is that holidays are best for reducing stress levels. The most common problems linked with stress are heart disease and skin problems. Controlling stress levels will reduce chances of getting a medical illness.
